I was very disappointed with my stay at the Hyatt regency! The bathroom was gross. It was a shower in a tub that was never mentioned anywhere. The bathroom was rusted and there was black mould on the roof and no robes even though the Hyatt regency website said there was. The mini was at front desk and had no chips or snacks when you called the front desk! I would not stay here again and was very disappointed! There is also a a big ramp and stairs to get up to the hotel that is also not mentioned. No very friendly if you suffer from hip issues.

Disappointing - Room was cold, doona was old and not warm. Was cold all night no spare blanket in room. No exhaust fan in bathroom. Renovations being completed and jack hammer noise.
