Room wasnt ready, bed hadn't been made. Cards deactivated and failed. Very noisy. Not value for money. Would not stay again.

We were located next to the lifts it was noisy hearing the lifts going up and down. A morning sleep in interrupted by hammering and morning 2 a relaxing bath accompanied by drilling. Tried to call concierge in the evening to complain about the lift but no answer. Very disappointed ☹️
